The pod’s success is dependent on the collaboration and cooperation of all team members.
Coach & Consultant (Education)
Job Summary:
As a Coach & Consultant, you will deliver engaging live training to large audiences of educators and students, demonstrating strong communication and facilitation skills. This role builds exceptional relationships with institution administrators, leadership teams, and staff members to achieve measurable results year after year by developing strategic plans, action teams, effective implementation practices, reflective conversations, and sharing best practices. The Coach & Consultant position requires consultative and coaching skills and a deep understanding of the education market. You will provide additional resources and advice on implementation, and involve all stakeholders engaged with the institution to document progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging live training to large audiences of educators and students
Build exceptional relationships with institution administrators, leadership teams, and staff members
Develop strategic plans, action teams, effective implementation practices, reflective conversations, and sharing best practices
Provide additional resources and advice on implementation
Involve all stakeholders engaged with the institution to document progress
Use consultative and coaching skills to recommend next steps and create renewal business opportunities for existing customers

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
3+ years of experience as a trainer, coach, educator or consultant in the education market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter with a successful track record of delivering live training to large audiences
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of education trends and the ability to understand and sell to education clients effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Sales and Marketing department or pod is a crucial aspect of any organization, as it is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services. The pod works collaboratively to achieve specific sales and marketing goals, with each member assigned a clear role and objective that aligns with the organization’s vision and Wildly Important Goals (WIGs). This pod is an essential component of any business.
Client Partner (Education Sales)
Job Summary:
The Client Partner’s primary role is to sell and assist education (K-12) client decision-makers in understanding our solutions. The sales staff builds mutually beneficial business relationships, presents compelling presentations, and closes business. The Client Partner will work as a part of a pod, coordinated by a marketing strategist, to deliver practical marketing activities that generate leads. The role of the Client Partner is to empower educators in preparing and ushering in the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and assist education clients in understanding our solutions
Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with clients
Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
Close business and meet sales targets
Work as part of a pod to coordinate marketing activities and generate leads
Communicate with and sell to education clients effectively
Understand the vertical education market and have experience as an educator
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education trends and our solutions
Qualifications:

Client Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service and support to clients in a team environment. This position will assist in sales tracking, communication with external clients, and other administrative duties as needed. The coordinator will work closely with clients and Client Partners to gather information about client training, coaching, or other programs, answer questions, process orders, and manage client accounts. The coordinator will also maintain a client database, initiate and monitor client licensing processes, and design proposals to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather client information and provide support for training, coaching, or other programs
Research and answer questions regarding curricula, pricing, delivery of products/services, invoicing, and account adjustments
Maintain a client database and processed client orders for products and programs
Calculate and process final invoicing
Initiate and monitor the client licensing process
Send promotional materials to clients and prospective clients
Send pre-work materials to clients before they attend a training
Arrange business development meetings and other client meetings
Prepare and design proposals to meet client needs in coordination with Client Partners.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in client service or sales support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
